We operate powerful, fully automated laser cutting equipment capable of cutting at high speeds while upholding the highest degree of precision, quality, and consistency. With our laser cutter, we can cut through many different materials and thicknesses to create complex shapes without the need for tooling. As your reliable manufacturing partner, we offer laser cutting as an accurate and affordable way to produce sheet metal parts that exhibit a very high caliber of quality.

With our programmable equipment, we cut parts directly from CAD files. Our machinery features three linear drives that provide simultaneous control of the X, Y, and Z cutting axis and offers precise positioning control over the entire 60.0” X 120.0” table. Linear drives on all three axes allow for faster piercing and cutting, while automated monitoring enables us to maintain accurate cut quality on all types of features, from complex contours to sharp corners. This machine also features adaptive optics, which means we can cut through different materials at various thicknesses without having to change the lens. All these features, when combined, allow this laser cutter to run with minimal operator intervention so we can run lights-out for faster production times.

The most common materials we work with include .010” to 3/8” thick aluminum and stainless steel sheet as well as .010” to ¾” thick steel, and integrated part nesting software enables us to maximize material utilization. We also laser process other ferrous and non-ferrous metals and have the ability to cut pipe. Whether we are cutting a single workpiece or thousands of sheet metal parts, we achieve tolerances as close as ±.002” with repeatable accuracy. We supply laser cut parts to companies in a broad cross-section of demanding industries, and we are capable of complying with any required standard.
